FRC Training Programs
WINTER PROGRAM (November-December)
In this training program you will learn proper glute, core, and hip exercises to strength your body and how to implement them into your training. You will leave this program with your very own thera-band. This thera-band will be helpful for you to continue with strength training exercises long after our program concludes. We will also offer some running specific Yoga along with valuable information on how to prepare yourself for an upcoming training cycle and how to help prevent injuries.
SUMMER/FALL PROGRAM (July-October):
Much like our Spring Program the Fall Training Program focuses on numerous fall races that you might be training for. Runners have run in a bunch of different races including Twin Cities Marathon, Whistlestop Marathon, Las Vegas Marathon plus all the great local races like the Mini Marathon, Go Far Woman, Beardsley Races and others.

The Fargo Running Company Training Programs were established in the Spring of 2018. The program was created to help guide runners to both race finishes and race PR's. All levels of runners can benefit from joining our group. Specific training plans are given to each runner and will be supported by a coach throughout the entire training cycle. The coach will provide knowledge, guidance, motivation, and will help to create a comfortable and fun environment for all members of the group.

SPRING PROGRAM (January-June):
Our Spring Program is usually focused on the Fargo Marathon events but many are looking at other races like Boston, Grandma's, etc. We will develop a training schedule to whatever your specific goals are for whatever race and distance you are training for. We have access to an Indoor Track for workouts along with Supported long runs plus educational talks but most importantly you have direct access to the coaches for any questions you have about your Training.
