Join our Training Group!
The Fargo Running Company Training Group was established in the Spring of 2018. The program was created to help guide runners to both race finishes and race PR's. All levels of runners can benefit from joining our group. Specific training plans are giving to each runner and will be supported by a coach throughout the entire training cycle. The coach will provide knowledge, guidance, motivation, and will help to create a comfortable and fun environment for all members of the group.
The Training Group has a 20 Week Spring Training Season, a 12 Week Fall Training Season, and a shorter 8 Week Winter Strength Season.
